When faced with marketing a new company or a new product, many people immediately fire up the emails, ads, or whatever else worked at their last gig.
I do things differently. Before I communicate, I always draw up a strategic plan identifying our goals, target audiences, and positioning. If you don’t know what these are, I will work with you to figure it out, and then I’ll do the competitive analysis to make sure you stand out from the crowd.
With a strategic plan, we can identify messaging opportunities, marketing channels, and rollout strategies that you may never have considered. Your marketing will be clearer, more persuasive, and more effective.
In other words, you’ll sell more.
